Tchibo Turkey has been operating in Turkey for more than 15 years and is a highly successful organisation with growth plans and over 400 employees. There are 50 Tchibo stores in 13 different cities in Turkey.

Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop, and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. Initially having focused more on non-food retail in Turkey, over recent years Tchibo Turkey has emphasised its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering.

We’re looking for an Key Account Manager – Discounter to join our growing organization.

Job Description:

  • Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
  • Achieve the monthly sales targets
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts . Understand key customers’ needs and requirements, Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their/Tchibo’s objectives
  • Implement the company priorities, channel & brand strategies 100% in own field. Ensure execution and tracking down to store level and sell out.
  • Direct merchandising team for achieving best instore implementation standards and cooperate with Field Sales executive for national supermarkets
  • Share joint business plan with the accounts and execute them. By monthly updating JBP (Joint business plan), control the forecast accuracy
  • Implement projects and opportunities with the help of NAM,
  • Tracking of reconciliation/open account and payment

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
  • Min. 7 years in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Merchandising&Field Management
  • Min. 3 years Discounter channel account management
  • Proven track record of sales experience with key international or local retailers,
  • Strategic customer relationship building skills,
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated,
  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • No obstacle to travel as an active driver.
